New 2010/ 2011 Polaris Ranger 6 x 6 Deluxe RKO Fire Rescue Unit
This versitile Polaris 6×6 is equiped with RKO aluminum bed system with LED marker and brake lights, a 120 gallon water capacity and an eight gallon foam capacity. Other features include a CAT high pressure low volume foam fire pump capable of producing foam like CAFS and only uses 8 gpm of water under continuous use. This is all powered by a 13 hp OHV engine on fire pump. To assure quick delivery of water/foam, RKO installed a Hannay electric rewind hose reel with 200 feet of ½ inch hp hose and CAT foam nozzle. Storage issues were solved with a generous 16” deep x 60” wide (approx) Medical / Firefighting storage compartment. All topped out with IV bag clip and Grote LED work lamps.
