Please provide us ( via email ) with the RKO Part #, photo, or your custom specs and/ or a brief description of the item(s) you are interested in. We also can assist in your custom unit design.
Along with your choice above, please provide the following information: Your Department / Company Name, Address, Contact Person and Phone Number.
We will then process the quote and send to you via email.
Upon approval of the quote, send us a formal purchase order, informal email purchase approval, or give us a call. We want to make the process simplified for you.
Payment(s) to us are to be via check, EFT/ wire, or credit card. Credit card payments could carry a minimal fee on certain larger amounts.
Your parts are procured and your order is fabricated and assembled. We can expedite also for certain ugent requests. Your build progress photos can be sent via email.
Delivery: We are very flexible and have many options for delivery of your order. Customers are always welcome to pick up or stop by for free install of certain units. For domestic deliveries we can handle the crating and loading of the transport truck. For overseas deliveries we can prepare and deliver via ocean container or certified crate. Other delivery options can also be explored or you can ship.
